Is there any way to run HDLoader from the PS2 Harddrive?

I purchased the HDLoader and tried to copy it to the DMS3 HDD Explorer, using HDD Dump, but I am totally clueless as how to install it, much less run it after installing it. (I kept getting errors when trying to copy it to the HDD...)

Finally, after getting fed up with trying to install it, I downloaded the DMS3 HDLoader exploit. (The one that boots from the memory card...)

It works fine for the memory card, but I want to load the HDLoader from the HDD, not the memory card.

How do you do this? I cannot figure out what I need to do to get it to install correctly in the DMS HDD Explorer...

Do I need to edit the install script or something?

    Any help would be appreciated.

You would think someone would have figured out a correct way to run it from the HDD by now!

Well, anyways, I guess I can't complain too much....

It does run from the memory card...

(I just hate using so much space on the card when I could be barely scraching the surface on the HDD....)

thats how you get it on the memory card,
from here, what you do is, if you want,
-create a partition on the hard drive using DMS format or something like that.
i created "HD loader backup" I don't think you really have to but i did.
-In ps2menu-k you just have to copy over the hdloaderlite.elf from your memory
    to your new partition.
-to do this i think you just press Triangle while in the hdloader partition you
created and then go to the hdloaderlite.elf in your memory card and press
    Triangle again.
