You can force the default DMA-mode with some patcher that allows it and still use the selector to select a different mode when starting up. But then you'd loose UDMA4.

Credit? All I see is you guys posting the releases with no credit as to where they originated. It doesn't really matter, though, because by the time you guys get around to posting it, everyone has already got it from here. They know where to go when they want some homoerotica, though.Originally Posted by omegatron

On more reason to ask this is cause people think that splash screens like this one are a menu screen, waiting for a mode to be selected, but the time for this is already gone:

if people would just take the time to read the /M# patch description, this would not be a problem.Originally Posted by paulodeleo

When i post these apps, im not concerned as to its origin, but that its getting shared, as it was intended to do. When i was a noob, my only interest was that an app worked & i could find a reliable site to get info when i needed help. After all, isnt it about sharing? Do the guys that spend their free time doing all this , look for glory?, I havent seen any of them saying" It was me, look what i did!"
What is wrong, is when someone takes some elses hard work & claims it as their work, thats straight up WRONG!
So can we "bury--the-hatchet" on whos site does what, as xiaNaix said, everyone knows where to find what they need & if they dont, we should just point them in a direction that will help them, WHEREVER that may be.
And theres my 2 cents worth![]()

I *could* code a system that, if any button is pressed during startup, brings up a screen showing the available modes (would need one new small bitmap to show the buttons & their modes). After that it simply waits for some buttons to be pressed and when pressed it would do what it currently does to set up the mode.
Note: I *could*...
Thank's for the answer Zer0-X!
As you already have done so much for all of us than we could even expect about hdloader updates, please, I'm not here to demand anything! Your "I *could*" is enough to make me happy and hopeful about the future...![]()
But that would be a much better, complete and exclusive (Toxic what?) modes selection method, you may agree...
