since WinHIIP ended up making CAP VS SNK 2 (NTSC/JAP/KALISTO) work, im goin to use this from now on... and i can install multiple images in 1 click... gyeeah

Unfortunately, this can happen, but only usually if you haven't booted the drive with HD Loader after using the HDL DUMB. WinHIIP cross references the HDL Settings with partitions and game headers whereas most of the other programs don't, they rely on HDL updating its own configuration when started. Usually if you see the installed games in the list on WinHIIP then adding games is alright, but if the list is empty and you have installed games with another program, make sure you boot the drive once with HDL.
