At the moment codex hasn't update his AIO to support 0.7c patch yet.

Just set up a patch.bat file for hdlpatch. It's really easy. I have one set up with file names "splash.bmp" and "menu.bmp". All I have to do is put my images in there and rename them to those names, and run the .bat file. I also have this file automatically run ps2packer on the new patched file and delete the uncompressed one, all in one step.

I'm tried running the latest version (2.5.4) and I get this error when I click "Apply Patches".

"Run-time error '7': Out Of Memory"

I've tried using both the packed and unpacked versions of HDL and the same message comes up.

Does anyone know of any bugs in hdl_aio when it comes to recognizing the original unpacked hdloader.elf? I have now had two good day long sessions of trying to find it and hdl_aio always tells me the file is not well recognized. I have tried many sites including some which have 3000+ downloads on a file calling itself the original unpacked and not one person has commented saying its not. I really am out of ideas where to find the damn thing....at least its not hard to find an up to date patched one.
