I plugged my HD into my PC and used WinHIIP to transfer some games to it. After plugging it back into my ps2 HDL no longer could find a HD. I took it out put it into my cpomputer and used WinHIIP to scan to see if any repairs were needed, it said everything was good. So i just plugged it back into my ps2, yet it still wont find the HD. any idea what may be wrong?

Something like this happened to my friends PS2 last week. It turned out he blew the fuse on his PS2 which provides the 5v to the HD. We figured this out when the orange HD light on the PS2 wasn't going on.

All he did was pull the HD out to put some games on it and when he put it back in it killed the fuse. Wasn't to hard to fix, we were able to pull the fuse from another dead ps2 to replace this one.

So i got ahold of a whole new ps2, and it still wont find the HD, my computer and WinHIIP find it fine, but HDL wont find it at all, im loading it off of a memory card if that makes any difference, also the drive is definitily on Master. I even used a different broadband adapter just to check.
