Hdl v7c with only game list (child safe)

Burn this iso with any cd burner software you want.

I hex edit the HDLv7c and have already use it since last June.
Just when first HDLv7c was released.
This is what some members of this forum's need.
This HDL do not have any install, remove, and select menu.
Just plain game list.
Scrool through the list and press x. that's it.
Enjoy.

Cannot Upload the ISO file. It is too big (only 1.3 MB though).
So I just upload the elf.

Yes, it works: only the list of games appears on the screen. Well, there is a little problem: it does not launch the games. Always a black screen.

But except for this little problem, it works.
