Hi I want to patch my HDL Splashscreen, all worked fine. But the color is always black and white.
I have an PS2 Pal Version and the HDL.elf looks like ntsc. Can I see the patched HDL in color on a pal ps2?

    thx

Did you also patch it with /F? /F forces it to display in NTSC mode even when using a PAL system which makes it show in b&w if you haven't colorfixed your PS2 or not using RGB cable.

Or was it already prepatched by someone?

First if you the zer0-x who programmed hdl patch then thx you are great man.

i use the programm hdl edit i have a packed version of the elf file first i unpack it and an unpack.elf will generated by the programm select the patch options like 48bit, ntsc pal force etc. and then inject the splash.bmp after that i only click on pack and an CustomerHDL.elf will generated but with the result that i have no color.

and the original elf file does play in color.

I hope this information will help you.
    Thx

Start again with the unpatched file but this time don't use force ntsc-patch.
