how can i use the program to insert my own skins? everytime i hit inject it still ends up being the same skin.

maybe u got to select the skins that u want to inject. i think u got to put ur skins inside the folder that u have ur stuff in and it should inject the one that u have make sure its the right format

yeah, the files are in .bmp i think and there're in the same folder as all the other files are in

have u tried deleteing the one that they gave u cause if u didnt maybe u should try that.

yeah, i replaced my skins with it.

the bitmaps have to be in the same folder and named splash.bmp and menu.bmp. they also have to be the exact size. i forget i think it was 512x448.
