HDD not detecting in PS2 browser

Ive got a little problem .... well Im not sure if its a problem yet ... but ....

I have the sony 40gig ..... Ive been using HD loader on it .... and it was showing up in my PS2 Browser just fine ...

last night I installed a game that completly filled up the HDD, and now the HDD doesnt show up in my PS2 browser, but it displays just fine when I boot up HD loader, and all my games play ok ...... Just for some odd reason its not in the PS2 Browser anymore ....

Is this just because the HDD is full?? Has anyone heard of this before?? Is it normal??

I have the same problem, but my hd is a non sony I think hdloader have conflict with ps2 Browser, in my case when i boot the console, he make a noise (Like TEC )and go to browser 1,40 (the old browser) showing only cd and memory card.

well whats odd ... is that it worked fine for a long time till yesterday .... I added the last game it took to fill it up .... and now it does this .... doesnt make any sense ...

Another thing I noticed is that the PS2 no longer auto boots an original PS2 disc (I dont have any modchips or anything) ... when I stick a real PS2 disc it ... it boots to the browser displaying the disc and memory card .... Instead of just playing the game ....
