hdd no longer recognized...HELP

Have you adjust the jumpers before connect it to pc or ps2?

its a 60 gig maxtor dimand max 9 i believe.. yes its still under warrenty i just wanna see if theres anything that i could check to see if it will work again.. i dont mind if i have to reformat or anything ...ps2 handiness doesnt even see it either does hdldumb... and my ps2 dont either...

its plugge into my pc right now..i tried running the maxtor program to see the error but it dont even see it.. i no the jumper settings are right... i can not see it in device manager
