HD Loader Black Screen?

Hello, I am new to HD Loader and have searched the forums but am unable to realize what I am doing incorrectly. I haven't used my PS2 in quite some time, but I believe it is a v4 with a Magic 2 chip. I burned a cd to boot HDLoader to format the drive in the ps2. I burned a second cd to boot HDLD_SVR.ELF and transfer the hdl_dumb server to the PS2. I also transferred the *** HDD Format utility to manage failed partitions. I am now able to boot HDLoader from the CD and run the FTP server or the HDD Format utility from within HDLoader, however, I have installed GTA:SA via the HDL utility but it will not run. In HDLoader I select SAN_ANDREAS and click Play, but I just get a black screen and nothing happens. It seems that I am probably missing something obvious as I am new to this and would appreciate any help. Thanks. :D

repacked iso using UltraISO and resent with hld_dumb and it worked fine

now if i only had a Torx T6 so I could fit one of my larger drives in the PS2... :banghead:

Torx? Did you mount your larger harddrives in a Jeep?
