So my computer is dead, and my roommates computer's CD drives don't work. So I cant burn DMS format tool or anything else to CD. Is there a way I can just FTP them to my PS2 so I can boot them in DEV1? As far as I understand from reading, I need to run software on my PS2 in order to FTP to it, but without the ability to burn CDs, I can't do that.
