Format with WinHIIP ?.....or no good ?

hi scene.......i was wondering if.....its OK to format a Standard IDE HDD in my PC with WinHIIP ?........or is it better to format with HD Advance ? (can HD Advance format ?).....or format with someother application ?

i want to use WinHIIP but if its not good to do so , what app should i use ?

i know this has prolly been asked alot........please bear with me i am a noob at PS2 HDDs , but a quick learner.

Yep you can format with WIN_HIIP, you can set all the partitions except __mbr and HDLoader Settings to 0mb to save about 3gigs too.
