Fix for Gradius V

This patch for hdloader, for me, fixes Gradius V with hdloader. Not much to say about it really, so test it and post what it helps and hurts.

Can this be applied on top of your dual layer patch, or on top of Zero-X's toxic os core .02 release?

I'd say the 0.2 core has different offset where to patch but works fine with my current HDLPatch 0.6 testfile.

.6 is coming in few hours hopefully. Just need to clean up some things and add this marvellous fix.
