I've looked at the tutorials, I've searched the fourms and to put it lightly I am one confuzzeled f-ing n00b. I have an unmodded V7 ps2, I have PGEN on my hdd which I can run, I know I need to create a partition inorder to put the roms on there as well, but the directions are a little unclear when it comes to unmodded ps2s. If anybody knows a link to a thread or can explain it themselves on how to do this, I would creately appreciate it.

[edit] BTW: I have a cross-over cable, a pendrive, and exploits on my memory card.

I think you could put PS2menu into your MC and boot it....PS2menu will create a 125mb partition on your HDD and then you can copy your rom into that partition...

well i dont know what u trying to do with ur ps2 but i guessing ur talking bout roms well anyways what i did is take one of my exploit and open it with save builder once u done that all u do is delete all the files inside it and u add ur roms from there. then i took my pen drive transfer it into my spare memory card and then loaded ps2 menu and transfer the roms on to the hdd and deleted the files from my memory card. if u dont want to do that u can always use execftp or what ever it is.
