dumping games back 2 PC?

Hello!

I wanted to ask, if there`s a possibility to dump games, which are on HDD, back to the computer!
Do you think so, know a way?

For example you can use hdl_dump, http://hdldump.psx-scene.com/howto.html

winhiip should do it back to .iso as well
