Possible...perhaps. But I see it as highly unlikely that anything like this would ever come out.
i also doubt that an elf would be released for this. you're asking if there is a way to send warez from p2p networks directly to the ps2Quote:

Anyway...as u53r_n4m3 said...it is warez...not likely something would come out to facilitate the copying of games like that. There is almost zero legitimate need for it.
only if PS2 had something approaching a real Operating System :) in the background you could run edonkey 24/7, leeching ISOs and playing games at the same time.
but PS2 is not designed for multitasking.
this type of thing should be more feasable with xbox360 and PS3, as they are much more powerful.
or use torrent software on ps2 linux. save software on hdd and install it on the hdl partition using hdl_dump for linux (not sure if hdl dump has this version)
