    If the game itself is compatible, it will (always did for me) work as a dvdrip also.

    ^yes // normally it works unless the rip was done by a certain group which changed several things in the main elf file, like adding custom intros and trainers etc

    All the DVD-rips of games which are HD compatible have worked fine for me, including ones with group custom loaders like the Kalisto ones with P/N selector.
