Pc's, ps2's and xbox's does all have a limit on hd's of 132mb max size. To fix on all machines u need a fix or new'r software. On a ps2 u need a fixed version of hdloader (48h) or hdadvance v2.
Old versions of hdloader or hdadvance wont read above the 132mb (even if it look like the space is there). Just like on pc/xbox u might accedential destroy your hd by writing more than 132mb onto it. I did this on a 160GB Ntfs partition and BAM!! .. no more partition
(u need service pack 2 in XP on a pc ... and a new bios on your Xbox)
If u already have a large drive-fix in your ps2 then I guess u got a bad hd - then u need it replaced
