DMS3 & PS2Reality

I have a PS2 /w DMs3. I just installed a 40GB hard drive. I wanted to know if there is a why that I can load the PS2reality player onto the hard drive and load mp3s or movies of the hard drive. I have tried to use the dumping tool but it is giving me an error every time I try to dump it.
