Disable ata idle shutdown

I've gotten sick of walking away from games on pause for while and coming back to find the game crashes when the disk spins up, so here's a patch to hdloader to disable it.

On a lba48 patched binary, patch offset 0x91230 from 05 03 00 0c to 00 00 00 00.

What about hdloader that's been patched, just not the LBA48patch? Or maybe I should apply it anyway, even though my drive is only 120GB.

iv never had a problem with freezing games after the hd spins up.
i like the idea that it spins down.
i got a v9 pal with a dms3.
but good work none the less.

I've had games freeze momentarily while the drive spins back up, but never had it crash. Not surprising that it might happen with some games though.
