Difference between the 2 Free HDLoader versions?
Difference between the 2 Free HDLoader versions? –
Theres 2 versions of Free HDLoader... the big one that takes up the whole CD and the small one that fits on MC... what exactly are the differences between the two besides file size???
A big, fat dummy file most likely. MC one has highest success rate out of hte two I hear.
yeah i use the MC version daily. 100% working
I have the Disc version... I have never had any problems yet. But I keep the MC version just incase something should happen to my disc
its a whole lot easier loading the application off of MC or HDD rather than putting its dic into the drive. (and this is comming from a swapper)
what files from the free loader Cd do I need to copy over to my mc to get Loader to boot of mc? Thanks guys.
i have a Duo-2 chip and Free HDLoader.... i just use the HDLoader CD to boot my PS2 into the HDLoader menu and then run the game i want off the HDD... i just leave the HDLoader CD in my PS2 drive 24/7....

Well, you're still having to put a disc in. the plus is that if you break or scratch your psx game, you can edit the title.db and just use a new game. if you break or scratch your hdloader, it will be a b#tch to get a new one. Loading ps2mnu is a bit slower too.
