Crossover Cable???

How do i use it. I have a pc and a ps2 with 80gb seagate. Do i just plug the cabel into the ethernet port on my pc. Do i hvae to have cable internet to make this work. Can somebody plz give my a step by step run through. I have no chips and i have themc exploit keylauncher.

if you have a crossover cable, you just plug one end into the pc, and one end into the pc. THat's it.

do i have to use hdldumb to use it.... gr i dont under stand. How do i actualy put the games on the hdd. hwat program do i use

hd_dumb u MUST connect the PS2's hdd in SLAVE mode into the comp!

WINDOWS will not read it.. and don't even try.. cause if u do sometihng wrong.. windows mite format the WHOLE hdd to a nfts (i think) one lol

so u just use hd_dumb

and it's MUCH faster than do'n it though a netowrk >_<

assuming it's on the same ide channel as the hard drive with the game on it. Otherwise, it only goes about 2 mb/s

I have a SATA mobo. Everytime i put my ata in one of the open ide slots my comp wont boot. DO i put in the ps2 hdd once the comp is up and running?
