copying one ps2 hdd to another ps2 hdd
copying one ps2 hdd to another ps2 hdd –

I've two ps2's and I want to copy the data from one hdd to the hdd of my other ps2. One is a Maxtor 120Gb and the other one is a Maxtor 80Gb (I don't use more than approx. 65Gb).
Now after reading some threads on this forum, it seems to be that the only possible way to do this, is use winHIIP to copy the entire disk.... BUT ...
I allways uploaded images using hdl_dump's network transfers, I didn't bothered about the time to wait untill my ps2 was done because when I'm asleep, I don't play games
I've read about in the thread over winHIIP that your partition table could get corrupted and your disk will fail on next hdavance boot... I want to avoid this .. so I want to know if I can still copy my hdd using winHIIP whitout damaging it, OR that I've to use another program.
Thanks in advance for any usefull help!
