Copying a 24-bit LBA HDD to a 48-bit LBA one... –

I have my PS2 games currently installed to a 40GB HDD and I use an unpatched HDLoader, I installed all the games using WinHIIP (without activating the 48-bit LBA option)... Now I just bought a 200GB HDD and I want to transfer all the installed games from my old drive to the new one and use a patched HDL... I know WinHIIP lets you copy one drive to another, but will I have any problems because the games were originally installed without the patch? If I turn on the option 48-LBA option in WinHIIP and do a normal drive copy will it work?
