I have something for that would make a USB PS2 hard drive do double duty, since that's a fat32 format, but the issue there is the Master Boot Record info is completely different, so if it's works as a ps2 usb drive, it can never boot on a pc. However, I have a little proggie I made, that will create the entire bootup for winXP floppy disc. NTLDR not found?? not an issue, that's what I made it for, actrually, I deleted mine, it's on the floppy, which when I take with me, is sort of a boot-lock key. It CAN'T boot with out it, my securtity "upgrade".
This one has four boot opts, in a 30 second window, for disc 0 or disc 1, partition 1 or 2 for each, providing that your windows is in folder called windows, one of those should do it, recovery partions or not, multiple discs as long as one of the first 2 is the system drive, this works.
Put in a blank floppy disc and click the little green proggie, It makes it for you. You have to install windows the ps2 fat32 usb disc as a second disc, so that windows wont want to format and fix a new MBR on it, but that's simple enough, you can do it via usb, since its a ps2 usb drive, you can leave it that way, just plug it in.
