cant use dl'links for HD Handiness

I've tried this with several browsers, but I cant seem to get the download-links working for PS2 HD Handiness

lol - apparently, with xp u cant even assume that the same stupid errors will occur..

gonna dig up an old cd-bootable-unix system - that should do the trick..

d/l fine for me, its looks like a korean based hdl_dumb/dump, I might give this a try in my spare time

i think theres an english and a korean version...i dont know korean, so im using the english version..
