I am using a router. I've also got another problem, I was able to transfer metalslug4 and gtr4 they're around 100mb, but when I tried nfsu2 it stopped after an hour saying the connection was forcibly closed or something like that, it's about 4gb, whats going on?

i dunno what metalslug4 and gtr4 is, but 100mb seems awfully small to be a game..

as for the nfsu2, sounds like maybe your image is corrupt.. try using Apache(do a search on the forums i think, or google.. make sure you specify ps2 otherwise you'll get webserver and helicopter info) to make an ISO... awesome proggy..

next - as for the router goes... i'm not sure why you have to change your ip..
let's say that your ip of your computer to get on the net via the router is: 192.168.1.100, then you can simply change your PS2's IP to 192.168.1.x, where x represents a number that is not being used by another networked device...

u've never heard of metal slug??

how do I change my PS2's IP? some people say I need to add config.dat and write all the same IP numbers (192.168.0.10, 255.255.255.0, 192.168.0.1), will that work? this is confusing
