can i convert hdloader to pal from ntsc

Hi i am using mc exploit with hdloader(ntsc) i also own hda 2 (pal), but recently bougth cheap telly that does not support ntsc and even when fed via scart it still gives black menu when using hdloader,what i want to know, is there a method to convert hdloader to pal or can i conert my hda to an elf?

try searching this forum for HDL_AIO cant remember who made it but with this program you can convert hdloader to pal or ntsc
