Booting PS2OS instead of Infinity Manager?

I already have HD Loader set to boot up in DEV1 mode which is my default boot mode.

I would also like to install PS2OS in place of Infinity Manager so that when I hold Triangle at bootup, it loads PS2OS.

How can I do this?

My modchip of course is a Matrix Infinity with v1.35 firmware.

u need to rename the elf to umm i think manager.elf

Already tried that loy and it didn't work, black screen only.

Maybe INFMAN bootup mode is hardcoded to boot only the Infinity Manager.

The MANAGER.ELF when installed to mc0 is stored in a folder called MATRIXTEAM.

I have replaced the MANAGER.ELF in the MATRIXTEAM folder and it works just fine...

But I couldn't get DEV1 mode to work, heh... can you explain that to me?

Create a folder on mc0 called BOOT and put the hdloader elf in there named as BOOT.ELF.

Now, hold R1 when you power up your PS2 and HD Loader will run from memcard.

I have my default bootmode set as DEV1 so I don't need to hold R1.
