Is a 120 gig HDD big enough? Or would you recommend a bigger one...

If your games are all around 3gb that would be room for 40 or so games. Is that enough for you? I have an 80gb drive and it's doing fine for me.

I went from a 120gb to a 160gb because 120 wasn't quite enough. Plus stupid Seagate drive (120) would take 5-10 restarts on hdloader to recognize.

120GB should be fine. You can always delete games from the HD and add new games later on.

Also you don't need to format it using the extended partition with the 120GB - so less potential problems.
