atad.irx patching

has anyone tried this patch it supposibly lets you play official games that utilize hard drives (ff 11, RE outbreak) . If so what were the results? also does it show the hdd up in the browser?, the zip file contains a readme which doesnt give to much info and a ppfpatch

p.s if this file is illegal to post someone let me know and ill remove it

u need to patch individual games, by taking out the atad.irx patching it then injecting it back into the dvdimage of the game.
ive only tried it on we7, and there was some results albeit in japanese.
You would need to have formatted the hdd with sony util cd one would thing to be able to be detected by the patched game.

oh I see after reading readme a couple times, this patch is used to patch the games themselves and not the hdd , was hoping for a bit much i guess for it to patch the hdd to fool the ps2 to think it was a sony hdd for browser access
