Any possible way to use a gameshark or code device on a game off the HD?

i see your question in two ways, however both have a 'no' answer.

1 - if you are talking about loading a cheat device to hdd, booting it, enabling codes, then trying to boot another game for the codes to work on, not possible. HDLoader will not allow access to the dvdrom drive, nor to other partitions while in-game with another. So the cheat device will probably freeze, or boot back to itself.

2 - If you are talking about booting an official (or backup) of a cheat device from dvdrom, enabling codes, then booting hdloader (from dvdrom), and start playing a game from hdd, then also no. I tried this a while back, and for some reason the codes will not work.
