700xx IDE,can not use HDL,only OpenUSBLD

Yestrday Ifingshed Instrall IDE for PS2 slim.
I using HDLoader 0.8c V12.
"format progress
please wait"
An hour ago still the case.
The same situation as the HDLoader 0.8c.
But OPNPS2LD(06r175) OK
??????????????????????

how big is your drive? maybe hdloader cannot initialize big hdd properly, or your hdloader is missing some v12/v13 fixes.

maybe you should try formatting the disk with winhiip/hdl_dumb on pc first.

hard Drive setage 80GB 7200r.
If using the winhiip/hdl_dumb formated the HDD ,HDL will stop at the LOGO.
If restart after "format progress,please wait",The same situation will on the screen.

dude are you sure you are using the patched HDL for v12/13 ?

I'm sure. 70006,the IDE HDD insterlled by my hand.
HDL0.8c /HDL_08B+_7WDEV/HDLoader 0.8c V12 tested.
But using OPN PS2 Loader0.6(r175) OK.Loading game very well.

well make your own hdl patched for v12/13 and test it again .

Here is my version of HDL.

It's patched to have no disc in tray. Try it and report back !

Hi guys!

I have an 70004 modded with automan hdd mod. My problems are: when i try to load launchELF hddManager just hear the sound of hdd started spinning. Ule write on screen Loading HDD Modules... and absolutely nothing had happens ule just freeze. Same reasult if i try to load pathched HDL as well, no matter which version.(one of them freeze at splash screen another has write hdd connected ... please wait. Haven't got a clue what is the problem. The hdd was formatted with winhiip to 28bit. My config: 70004PAL, Maxtor 120Gb 3.5" Hdd, original 8Mb sony MC freemcboot1.8 Ule 4.39. Also have an ubicom modchip same as in the picture.(maybe my problem that 2 wire has been not connected to the motherboard?) One of my friend has made the soldering and i forget to mentioned him to check the modchip soldering points. I only have seen it at home, he will soldering those wires when he has got some spare times.
So if you have some idea what wents wrong please write!
