I got two chubby, one series 3xxxx and other is 5xxxx, the 3xxxx still working with good optic but the 5xxxx already chipped with the modbo.
now the question and the problem is, when i used hdloader patch 0.7 some of the games is not running on the 5xxxx, then i re-patch it with the 0.8 (which i forgot the a or b patch; 0.8a or 0.8b) surely after patch, i could play almost all the game. after one week all of the game approx. 20 games are not playable anymore, can anybody help me out?

What exactly do you mean by not playable? The games all black screen? The HDL dont load?
If you have patched the hdl as 0.8b, do you hold any buttons during HDL booting (this activates DMA modes) ?
Have you tried the HDL0.7 version to see if any games that previously worked, still work?
There are many variables that could cause problems, so more info is needed to diagnose the problem. Think of anything that you did at the time it stopped working. Did anybody use the PS2 that might have messed with its settings? Did you remove the hdd or check to see if its tightly connected still? Was the PS2 bumped, controller cord pulled too hard? Power shut off while the PS2 was reading/writing to the HDD?
PS2 Consoles:
SCPH-30001 [V4] - unmodded (2)
SCPH-30001-R [V5] DMS4 Pro SE
SCPH-50001-N [V9] CC 2.0 SLE
SCPH-79001 [V16] Silver - unmodded

the patched hdloader screen shows up and i could see every game i'd installed in my hard drive, when i press x wanted to play, the game seems to me like loading but then nothing in the screen... all black out. i really confused.
I'd tried also the 0.7 patch, some works some won't, ex. GTA - Liberty City.
JNABK, i know you're good in this, could you give me a hand?
