Hey charlie, give hdl_dump a try. Use the initialize command.

Do you have the drive set to master while in the ps2 and slave while in pc?

Take a look at this link too.

HDL_Dump GUI v1.5 - GUI application that simplifies the use of hdl_dump.

PS2Client Loader v1.3 - GUI application that automates the loading\unloading of PS2Client. Multiple consoles supported.

On my hd, it doesnt say which is slave setting.

it says that first pin is master, second is CS enabled, third and final is Cap Limit. which one of those is slave?

I did the no jumper setting and my pc still didnt see it. Its not even under "disk management". I put the jumper horizontally they way its show in the picture and it still doesnt matter.

Im using a usb enclosure. The hd just makes a very hard loud vibration.

Perhaps the usb enclosure isnt working?

Did you try using both horizontal slave jumper settings?
