PS2PCE loading probs

First of all let me thank everybody here for all the things that i learned and Kaylakaze for adding HDD support to PS2PCE

Here is my prob, when i first load PS2PCE everything is working fine, i select the paths like asked and play my favorite game (bonk's revenge), even the save state is working great

But if i shutdown the ps2; the next time i start PS2PCE i just get a black screen and must reboot
The weird thing is that if i delete the files created by the emu in the SYSCONF directory, i can play again and with my saves after the path step

Is that a known bug or have I made something wrong ??...

My config : PS2 V9, no mod, HDD Maxtor 200 Go , launchelf 3.33, directory on the HDD for the apps and directory for PS2PCE and the roms
