Not booting files

Hi guys, I need some help loading my files on the ps2. I have no modchip. I am loading PCE through Max Media Player and The screen comes up then says search for roms on disc or mc. I put roms on the disc but it will not detect them.Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok,Now I have the PS2 menu on the mc and load it from there.It will still not read my games.What do I name the files?I know the extension is PCE uppercase,I tried to use cdgen but ps2 menu will not show the disc.Am I burning the roms wrong?Thanks, J.J.
