Hi,

Does this work without having a hard drive for ps2? Will it work just by using swap magic 3.6?

The revisions I've released do work without HDD, though some other versions were made specifically for HDD usage, and do not work without it.

It should, at least for launching the ELF. For loading the ROMs off a CD I'm less sure though, as that would depend on details of the swapping method which I'm not familiar with, since I never need to swap myself. (As I have a DMS4pro chip.) It think it would work, just as for the ELF, though I can't guarantee it. But you should be able to load ROMs from the memory card in any case.
