Fisrts from your post, I understand that you already have an image, which in turn you get to see with isobuster.

Open your image with isobuster, you will see two panels, select everything on the right panel, right click on your mouse and select xtract objects, put the selected files on a folder of your choosing.

Now get CDGen, it is everywhere. This program helps you to create an image that you can mofiy. open CDGen, you will see two panel, drag and drop the files you extracted with Isobuster to the right side panel.
Select the system.cnf line and right click it, you will see a window with two choices, edit and erase; select edit. You will see the editing options, on the bottom there's someting that says fix LBA and select it and then manually modify the value to 12231.

    Hope this helps
