Probably you have an NTSC-Console and try to start a PAL-Movie.
AFAIK nothing, because I heard NTSC-Consoles ever reject PAL-DVDs. :-/
You can play it through "Simple Media System".
Maybe some "playing around" with utils like RegionLoader X + V-Mode-Force, or anything will help ya, but I don't doubt so.![]()
SO? you cant see the ps2's bios, and whatnots, but the color system of a game is what it is, if the console is modchipped (or however you do it) a PAL game will play fine on a PAL tv, even from an NTSC console, so the system of the console is only relevant in the bios. Put a PAL game in, it'll work fine on your PAL tv, as soon as the game boots up.
Im not sure about movies, though.
