Dude...the point of ripping it first into your HDD is because shrink will take more than 30 min of transcoding and I'm not about to let my drive run that long...I rather spend 10 min ripping the content of the dvd into my HDD first....

but at times you have to rip the movie first with decrypter because alot of the newer movies have the css protection in them. after you make the iso of the image with decrypter you have to use shrink to reauther it and to fit it on to the 4.7 dvd. and besides if you have a good drive it shouldnt matter if it ran for an extra 30 mins. that is if you have a good drive.![]()
I always buy Liteon but then the point still is that I rather spend 10 extra minute preserving the life of my drive.....but then everyone have their own ways of doing it...
