    actually on his first post i read that all orders are EMS made, why don't people choose DHL or UPS ? Usually need 5 days to reach europe, EMS is the last courier to use only for remote zone or where dhl cannot reach

    This is Jason from Lightake . Just found this thread , I guess I should say something about these issues.

    First of all , Thanks very much for choosing Lightake . We don't have enough experience to take care of the huge number of orders suddenly increased since we are a new shop that just come into existence this yeah . With your help we grow up faster , now we've realised it's time to prepare for providing better service than usual .

    I ordered one of my P3go's through Lightake and it took me 16 days to get it (US), it's just that time of year. Give them a break, blame it on China post.

    Edit: Tracking sucks, it was in a pending state until I received it

    dscartshop is not any better. it took 40 days to get my usbjailbreak from the day i ordered it.
    *********** took about 30days for me to get my pipe . Its just the hong kong postage that is crap.

    People have that "customers is always right" mentality. They expect their items with a snap of the finger, like its magic. Once it leaves sellers hands, it is out of their control. They aren't the ones hand deliverying the items to you. Weather, customs and holidays can cause delay in package. Whether it be Price Angels, LighTake, eBay or any other seller, all international packages will have 14-30 day delivery.

    On average, packing should take no more than 2 days. At the same time, LighTake (Jason) has posted on this site stating that with the big surge in orders for the E3 Card, that ALL orders would be shipped in the order they were received.

    This may have definitely hurt LighTake's reputation but if they are a starting business, its a lesson learned. I'm sure they will improve on it. Not all starting companies had smooth sailing from the start.

    lool..xD thats why i don't do international purchases.. I'm to impatient especially if i paid for it.. i just feel sorry for these people that don't know what the status of their purchased product really is..

    (and also the fact that it is christmas would delay everypackage)

    I'm just wondering... I asked by mail and the only answer is to check it manualy by my own... On the question how i should do that... Nothing... And the paypal issue thing isn't better... I opened a issue there and the answer to that from lightake was a different one, to the answer I get earlier from them...

    It's quiet funny... The order isn't that less to ignore it now is it less enough to just wait without reaction...

    The other company where I ordered was faster with production, laser labeling and delivery with same shipping method than lightake with products they usaly have on stock...

    But they don't do something... They have some chances to get information about the package... more than the customer... I know that... So it's a realy easy statement "Once it leaves sellers hands, it is out of their control." but not true... I have worked for several years at an online store and we delivered world wide... As Seller you can do a little bit more, than cry on christmas... Also the statements of them are not realy helpful...

    A sorry here and a sorry there... fine... ???

    That part of it, that me lead to this post... If they come to me and tell me, that there some problems with the shipping blabla i can follow the progress...
