unless the version has changed.... you can load the EMU from the USB Drive but the ROMS have to be on MC0:

But you can fit a lot of 2KB - 4KB ROMS into a save then back it up on the USB Drive then just move it over when you need to use it.

Using what exactly cause i still have yet to actually get launch.elf to work? Maybe Max Memory?

you can use AR MAX to back up the save to the USB.... well in this case restore it to the memory card....

you can use Save Builder... to make a save in AR Max format with all of the ROMS you want and put it on the USB drive with your computer....
