Anyone can play BOR in HDD?

I've transfered & tried to play BOR in HDD, but it would always fail. Anyone has succcess to play BOR in HDD?

or it is same with PS2MAME which always required disc?

it should be able to using ps2menu. You can forget about trying with hdloader.

I've tried to play it with two files: bor.elf & bor.pak using launchelf 3.4b, but it still fail? Is there any mistakes?

ps2menu! launchelf doesnt have fakehost capabilities.

Well I am able to run bor using the hdd and launch.elf. In the readme, it said that you should rename the bor.elf to hdd_bor.elf. Give that a try, it should work. I have the elf and bor.pak in sperate places on the hdd and am able to just boot the corresponding bor.elf for whichever game I want to play.
