trying to get neocd

could i load the games from a cdr or does it have to be streamed? boots fine on ps2, but i have 1 game in .rom formats(some bowling game)and have no idea to burn to cd. i've placed them by themselves and in their on dir. could someone lend a brief tut for me?

are you talking about playing neogeo roms?
this is an emulator for neogeo cd not neogeo aes
