Questions about NeoCD plz l@@k!!

Ok. I've created a folder called "NeoCD" and I have all of the neccessary files in it. I've got a couple of questions for you guys:

1) Can I burn this emulator only to a CD-R, DVD-R or both?

2) Am I supposed to just burn the NeoCD folder to a CD/DVD the way it is or am I supposed to make it into an ISO, BIN, etc. first?

3) I have a King of Fighters 2001 ROM. Can I extract the files and burn it to a CD/DVD-R and play it on the emulator?

Or is there anyway to make it work with the emulator?

I have the NeoCD boot disc working now. Is there anyway to play the arcade version of KOF on it?

nop... but there is a NGCD edition of each KOF until '99
