NeoCD/PS2 serious question

Hi guys, Iwould like to know if it is necessary to have a modchip for using NeoCD emulator? can I run it with a Swap method for exemple .And witch Files must I avoid because not necessary for doing that, I suppose Install.pbt and what else.

I don't have an unmodded ps2 myself so i can't really help you.. but search the forum with the "exploit" keyword and you should find what you need.

Else It would great if everybody could share his experience with neocd and how to run it on an unmodded ps2.

I would then merge everything and stick it

A Hard Drive and a PS2 (unmodded) Networked to a PC or WinHiip. Havn't tried WinHiip though.

hi guys i try the same method i burn all the files needed but everytime i boot my ps2 i get insert cd or continue.... please can anyone help

isn't that what's supposed to happen ?
Wen you get to this screen , put your neoGeo CD game and press X

(if your ps2 is not modded, you'll have to do the swap trick)

yes my ps2 its modded. i have few roms for neocd and when i make the iso file and i put on my ps2 the screen just freezes what im i doin worng here
