Using ULE, I transfered everything in the neocd_ps2_06c file (including NeoCD.bin) into a harddrive partition. From there I tried to launch the elf file but all I get is the splash screen with a big cd screen on the bottem and it just stays there. What am I doing wrong?

really sorry for the late answer =(

You really need to make sure that it's NEOCD.BIN for the bios (all capital letters), otherwise what you describe happens. (just tried with neocd_0.6c and uLE 3.94: with NEOCD.BIN it works perfectly, and with neocd.bin, it freezes...)

Thanks for the kind answer, boule. I will try that after I get my PS2 back and it should work. Thanks again.
