    1. On separeted CD

    - burn the image using or the .iso file or the .bin & .cue using your favorite burning software (choosing BURN IMAGE, and NOT making a new compilation)
    - once burned, put the CD in your PC, and you should see all the neogeo files (you must see a file named IPL.TXT for instance)
    - burn the emulator as explained in the readme
    - put the CD in your PS2, and when asked to swith the CD , press -X-

    2. On the same CD
    - Two solution :
    or
you inject all the emulators'file (including of course the bios) into the iso file
    OR
you manually reconstruct a new image (in this case you must extract all files and audio tracks from the iso).
In both case be sure to put all files at the root level !

    - burn it, and that's all

then search this forum a bit, for i.e.
    http://www.psx-scene.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38094
will at least show you how to create a new iso in order to merge both a game and the emulator.

Friend, see the softwares what You'll need:

    - Alcohol 120%
    - DBPowerAMP : www.dbpoweramp.net
    - WinRAR to decompress the files [ISO+MP3].

First Step - Decompress the file [ISO+MP3] using the WINRAR...

Second Step - Convert the Mp3 tracks to WAV using the DBPOWERAMP [44.000Mhz, 16bits, stereo].

Third Step - Open the Alcohol 120% and choose "Image Burning Wizard". After You load the CUE file. Next >> On the next step, You will select the Write Speed (8x) and the Write Method (USE RAW DAO). Check the option WRITE and the option "Enable Buffer Underrun Technology".

Fourth Step - Just click START and wait the burning to finish!

Tell me, is my english good?

    See Ya.

It's because neogeo-cd nor emulators reads the mp3 audio files... They read the audio tracks, like it where a normal audio cd..
So you need to convert the mp3 files to audio tracks.. I tried to explain it on a post here before..
    Greets.. bye.
